An inhibitant of Chisinau was washing his car while ecological inspectors drew up his report. He payed a fine of 1,000 lei for washing his vehicle near Chisinau city on Calea Basarabiei street.

Initially, the citizen has refused to comply with inspectors' requirements of Fishery Service and continued to wash the vehicle even after being informed that it is a violation and then tried to flee from the spot.

Therefore, a Police Inspectorate crew was asked to solve this problem.
