Chisinau inhabitants may pronounce favor or disfavor the Union at the tents set up in the city or from reviewers who visit every house to question the citizens. 

Also, citizens can vote online at www.decid.md. All the answers are considered. The question has two possible answers and respondents choose YES or NO. 

The results will reflex the intention regarding possible national referendum on Union.
