Citizen from Moldova detained for drug smuggling
Representatives of the custom services have started investigating the case of a Moldovan citizen detained by Russian Secret Services, suspected of smuggling hallucinogenic substances in Russia.
The man is suspected to have created, along with a friend, an international drug smuggling group, specializing on marijuana, cannabis and amphetamine. According to Russian secret services the suspects brought drug into Russia from Europe, through Moldova.
Russian press wrote that two years ago a similar case was busted by their authorities, when two citizens of Moldova were detained. The drug smuggling was organized by Patron - Borman - Clifford, under the protection of Renato Usatîi.
Recently, Zeppelin has publish the results of its investigation, where the members of the so-called "Assassin in Law" are implicated in the attempted murder of Russian businessman Gherman Gorbunţov. The journalist managed to prove that behind it all stands Mayor of Bălţi, Renato Usatîi.
Recently, a member of "Our Party" from Cahul was detained for growing cannabis in a greenhouse in his own garden. According to Ziarul Naţional, Vitalie Galep was a member of Usatîi's party.
