Citizens are disappointed that projects implemented by Filip Government and DPM will not continue
The projects initiated by DPM and Filip Government, such as "A doctor for you", "Good Roads for Moldova" and "First Home" should continue, in order to improve the infrastructure, the education and the medicine.
Mariana Cutia from Radeni village, Straseni district has three children, two of them are pupils. The woman says that yearly she spends two thousand lei for school supplies for each of them. The news that DPM initiated a project to give a 200 lei worth monthly allowance was a good one for her, but she was mad when found out that PSRM-ACUM alliance refused to vote for it in the second lecture.
"It is not okay to refuse such a project. This allowance is very useful. It is a small one, but we have it, which is very good", said Mariana Cutia, resident of Radeni village, Straseni district.
The other residents of Radeni say that they are happy about such projects as First Home and Good Roads.
"The good roads project is very useful, because many roads have been repaired."
The residents of Soroca also say that First Home should continue, because it allows everybody to own a house.
People also say that they want to continue receiving social allowances. For example, the last year, they received 600 lei allowance for Easter.
Given that these social projects will be stopped, more people are skeptical that the current government will implement better ones:
"I do not think I can do anything, I do not know, we can solve everything here, but we want it."
"Soon they will close everything, they will not give us any water or bread, so I think it will be. How did the schools, the kindergartens shut down, but now what?"
After being appointed to office, the Government of Maia Sandu has announced that it will analyze the social projects initiated by the Government of Moldova and the Democratic Party of Moldova to decide which of them will continue.
Shortly after, Health Minister Ala Nemerenco ordered the phasing out of a "Doctor for You" program, motivating that this is an electoral one. Although many people said they had serious illnesses on time and had a life span due to the fact that doctors went to examine them in their locality.
At the same time, the residents mentioned that they have acquired a rich work experience in a short term. Only within the "Doctor for You" program, over 80,000 people have received free medical consultations.
