Citizens get help from police officers after snowfall and blizzard (PHOTO)

About 3,500 police have promptly intervened in almost 600 cases of emergency, providing necessary assistance to citizens in situations of deadlock due to bad weather conditions.
Also, around 30 homeless people were taken to homeless centers or district hospitals for specialized aid.
Simultaneously, police employees were actively involved in snow removal, particularly in homes of over 100 elderly people, which needed community support.
Between January 6 to 9th, there were 278 traffic accidents resulting in one dead person and 33 people injured.
Police officers have continued their activities in areas of the country and urge citizens to call 902 or 901 if in any emergency.
