A temporary closure of airspace over Pakistan has led to flight cancellations, especially between Asia and Europe.
The Pakistani government closed the airspace on Wednesday after saying its military shot down two Indian warplanes in Kashmir and captured a pilot, answering an airstrike the previous day by Indian fighter jets inside Pakistan.
Dozens of flights were cancelled from Bangkok airport on Wednesday night, but Thai Airways says flights to Europe will resume on Thursday.
Bangkok airport officials said over 4,000 travellers were affected by the airspace closure.
