CNAS service quality to be evaluated by citizens through application
Citizens will be able to evaluate National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) through a application.
One of the application's authors, Valentin Bragaru, quoted by IPN, explained that this would enable the services to be evaluated following three qualifier: excellent, good and bad.
If the person opts for "good" or "bad", they are asked some questions or kindly recommended to write their comments, suggestions.
Questions relate to services quality, official's behavior, etc.
The application can be accessed on an interactive monitor, which will be located in offices.
Citizens' suggestions are to be synthesized in reports, which will then be examined by the CNAS.
Natalia Şmundeac, Head of CNAS Directorate, said this application would be best opportunity for institution to observe their service.
The application will first be launched in a pilot scheme in several territorial offices, and then accessed in all 40 offices. It will also be available on the CNAS electronic page.
For the development of the prototype, the IT team received a $ 10,000 award from the Government of Slovakia through UNDP Moldova.
