The Constitutional Court is considering the validation of Igor Dodon as Moldova's president.

Now, Igor Dodon will have to take the oath within 45 days.

Igor Dodon defeated Maia Sandu in the runoff of the presidential elections on November 13, garnering over 52 % of votes.

He is going to be the third Moldovan president elected directly by the people.
