Constitutional Court established temporary interim of President. Who will sign decree of naming new Government's members?
Constitutional Court established the temporary interim of the President. Thus, Igor Dodon, the President of Moldova can't take any decisions according to the new ministers.
As a result, the right to call in function the new ministers belongs to Andrian Candru, the President of the Parliament or to Pavel Filip, the Prime Minister of Moldova.
PUBLIKA.MD remind that a group of deputies inflicted the Constitutional Court according to the procedure of justification the interim of the President. This happened after Igor Dodon rejected to approve the new ministers and deputy ministers, twice.
According to the decision, that was announced previously by the head of PDM, the Ministers Cabinet will have seven new members: five ministers and two deputy ministers.
In October 2017, the Constitutional Court established the interim of the President in the case of Eugen Sturza, the new Defense Minister. Igor Dodon couldn't sign the decree in this case.
According to the Supreme Court, the right to call in function the new Defense Minister belonged to Andrian Candu.
