Court's decision to invalidate the mayoral elections from Chisinau commented by deputies and MEPs
The decision taken by Chisinau Court to not validate the mayoral elections from Chisinau brought a number of reactions from politicians and parties.
President Igor Dodon believes that, through this decision, Andrei Năstase was victimized. The official claims that the decision rose many questioning marks, while the one to pull the strings was PPDA leader, Andrei Năstase himself.
According to Dodon, Năstase now got rid of the duty to lead Chisinau, which he would quit halfway through, due to his incompetence.
Furthermore, the President believes that in such conditions, socialist Ion Ceban must be declared as winner of the elections.
