DA vice-president Alexandru Slusari considers himself better than his party leader Andrei Nastase.
He boasted on social networks that within Capital's constituency 28, for parliamentary elections, he gained 4300 votes more than DA leader for last summer local elections.
Slusari was defeated by socialist Vlad Batrincea at a mere 774 votes. Deputy chairman of a sociological company Mihai Bologan wrote on his Facebook page that the bloc ACUM would have won the mandate of a deputy if he had a more active electoral campaign.
According to Bologan, Slusari could not urge young people to vote, and if another member of PAS-DA party had been candidate, he would have had better chance to be elected.
