Dairy products scandal! Incomlac company fined with 15 000 lei

Incomplac dairy products company receive a 15 thousand lei fine and it is obliged to withdraw four products from selling. The decision was taken by the National Agency for Food Safety after an investigation at the factory. The ANSA experts found a lot of encroachments after the laboratory analyzes.
"They have been informed that according to the 78 article, they should take back all the products with encroachments. They won't provide the stores with dairy products till the end of the investigation", said Mihai Porcescu, ANSA inspector.
Incomplac company should withdraw three types of chocolate cheese from the shelves of the stores.
"All the products have different fat percentages. At the end of the investigation, there was made a protocol with a fine between 270 and 300 conventional units that wasn't signed", added Mihai Porcescu.
ANSA inspectors brought evidence about all the dairy products that will pass the laboratory analyze. The results will be published within three days. Also, the inspectors found many other encroachments. According to the inspectors, the walls of some storage have cracks and molded ceilings, and some production sites are not connected to sewerage.
The representatives of the company refused to comment on the situation. They have 30 days to correct the situation.
ANSA started the control of the investigation after they revealed the quality of the products. An investigation shows that many companies from Moldova use vegetable fat in excess. ANSA verified many companies that are involved in the scandal and has 120 evidences. Thus, the instance decided to verify all the products before those arrive on the shelves.
