The commissions for emergency situations calculated the damages caused by the June rainfall.

According to IGSU, over 399 ha of vineyard, 280 ha of orchards, 619 ha of corn, 421 ha of wheat, 209 ha of barley and 200 ha of rape were damaged. Moreover, the rainfall also affected 145 ha of vegetables.

The damages are worth 16 million 163 thousand lei. The biggest damages were caused in Comrat, Vulcanesti, Telenesti, Singerei, Edinet and Causeni district.

According to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of MAI, the rain fall destroyed four bridged and seven kilometers of road.
