"I think that the Republic of Moldova has the chance to be in Europe's spotlight. Sure, we reached a moment of political uncertainty. After the election we are all waiting for a Government to be created and then we will be able to draw some conclusions and think about the future. Now, I can only say that Romania will always support Moldova and encourage and offer Moldova the advice and aid that you need." This declaration was made by Daniel Ionita, the Romania Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova within an interview for Radio Chisinau.

At the same time, Ionita mentioned that Romania is ready to help Moldova successfully pass the path to European Integration.

"Europe is ready to help the states within the Eastern partnership, especially the Republic of Moldova to pass the European Integration path. On the other side, the Republic of Moldova should be interested in maintaining this path and assume the responsibility to be a part of Europe."

The Romanian Ambassador reminded about the projects that Romania initiated in Moldova: We have a long list of projects in such fields as: culture, education, infrastructure, transport and so on. We will continue our projects in culture file. We are glad that we have a theater from Chisinau in Romania.
