Data of Consumer Protection Agency shows more and more Moldovans know their rights

Moldovans know better their rights. The Consumer Protection Agency data shows that last year there were more than 2,100 complaints, with 43 percent more than in 2015. Most often, people complain about poor quality services.
The complaints registered are about mistreatment of cable companies, internet, mobile, travel agencies and banks, poor service quality.
Over 530 people have complained about the quality of the appliances, garments and construction materials.
Also, over 300 people have noticed the poor quality of food.
Out of the 2,100 complaints registered, 154 were solved, the rest are still pending.
The amount of compensation was other 600,000 lei.
