Vlad Plahotniuc, leader of the Democratic Party has requested the Ministry of Justice to stop the implementation of the new NGO law. 

"Today we even spoke regarding the debate, which shook our society, regarding the NGO. Ministry of Justice has presented us with data for better understanding, as to why this problem appeared. After discussing it with my colleagues, we requested the Minister of Justice to stop any action regarding this plan",  Vlad Plahotniuc said.

Earlier even the President of the Parliament, Andrian Candu, has came up with an explanation and information regarding the debatable financing plan for NGOs. According to him this project will not be approved neither by the Government, nor by the Parliament until a decision will not be made by experts from the European Council.

PUBLIKA.MD reminds us that NGOs from our country could soon start to activate in a more transparent way, respecting the law when financing certain activities or policies. It is one of the new projects promoted by the Ministry of Justice in order to regulate the activity of Non-governmental organizations from Moldova.
