The deposit insurance paid in case of bankruptcy or the forced liquidation of a bank will increase from 20 to 50 thousand lei. Such a project of law was voted in first lecture today at the Parliament. 

Thus, the money of 3,8 million applicants will be safer. The modifications will occur starting January 1, 2020.

Now, only the folders of the persons have guarantees. We remind that since January 1, the limit for the bank deposit will increase from 6.000 to 20.000 lei.
