According to a disposition signed by Adrian Candu, the President of the Parliament, the deputies will start over their activity at the Parliament since January 15, 2018.

The law of the status of the deputy within the Parliament and the Parliament's Regulation says the deputies have the right to vacation during the winter holidays.

The spring session of the Parliament will start on February 1, 2018. The Regulation of the Parliament provides the spring session to last from February till the end of July.

The autumn session of 2017 was finished on December 22.
