A 23-year-old man passed away after jumping from the 13th floor of an apartment building form the Capital. The tragedy took place on Piața Unirii Principatelor street, Buiucani sector. The victim was native of Peresecina village, Orhei, and was visiting at a time with his family a relative, where they drunk alcohol.

According to the police, while waiting for the elevator, the young man suddenly ran toward the balcony and jumped.

"After speak with family members, it was established that there were no reasons for suicide. The person has jumped on his own will" officer Cristian Bantea said.

Shortly after the incident, the young man's mother arrived at the scene, being shaken by the happening.

The man was married and had a 3-year-old child. Local claim to be shocked, but say that such cases took place before:

"I was watching television when I heard a loud noise."

"There were other such cases around here. Another boy jumped from the same block."

The case is being investigated for all circumstances to be established.
