Digital signature. Moldova makes first step to oust seals
The Moldovans’ proxies and work contracts will be but signed, without being sealed. The Parliament has voted a law in this respect in the first reading.
The papers will be valid if signed by any person charged by a company. The authors of the draft say annulling the procedure will dwindle by 30% the costs of launching a business.
The authors say the law amendments will cut red tape, will reduce expenditures, as the relationships between firms won’t be affected.
