The Director of the Zoological Gardens from the Capital is in danger of being dismissed after ру awarded 31 bonuses on salary to his wife in the last two years, who subordinates to him.

The National Integrity Authority found that in this way Alexei Hantatuc is suspected of a conflict of interest. 

ANI states that the director's wife had both bonuses and supplements and money offered for the accumulation of several functions.

The Authority does not specify how much money the employee has earned in addition to salary, but asserts that Alexei Hantatuc violated the law on the declaration of property and personal interests.

Now he risks being deprived of the right to hold a public office for three years. Contacted by our TV station, the zoo director said he had challenged the National Integrity Act, and the lawyers suggested he did not give more details.

Within the next 15 days ANI representatives and the head of the household are to be summoned to the Chisinau District Court.
