The Constitutional Court will check on Wednesday's request of Igor Dodon regarding the change of No.98 Supreme law. The presidency wants to find out if the president is obliged to start the discussion regarding naming a prime minister.

The Presidency's lawyers explained that it is necessary to find out if this side of the Supreme Law gives the President such a power.
