Dorin Chirtoaca sued by Turkish company that sold the buses. He will pay the price of a new bus
The company from Turkey, which sold 31 buses to Chisinau, plans to sue the former Mayor of Chisinau, Dorin Chirtoaca, for defamation. This is because the liberal accused them of the fact that the buses are old and have come under water following the floods of previous years in Turkey. The representatives of the Turkish company catalog the declarations of liberal Dorin Chirtoaca as electoral. The target says he is not afraid of a possible trial.
"We have decided to go to court and our lawyers are preparing a request for the court, and Mr. Chirtoaca entered the closed buses and caused some inconvenience. He used the emergency entry, which is not correct", said the official representative of the Turkish company, Sergei Dardur.
The former capitalist, Dorin Chirtoaca, says he does not scare a possible trial. Moreover, the liberal insists that buses are old and used.
"Let me sue, how many files have I... They had to leave in the Great National Assembly Square, the representatives of the company came there, from there to make a press conference, to call me, to show me in front of the press how these buses are for us", said PL candidate Dorin Chirtoaca.
The Turkish company asks Dorin Chirtoaca to pay an amount of 130,000 euros, equivalent to the value of a new bus.
