Dorin Chirtoaca won't go to Strasbourg. The Court rejected suspended mayor's request to participate at the Local and Regional Authorities' Congress.

The event will take place on February 2. Previously, the instance permitted the suspended mayor to go to the King Michael's  funerals, between December 13 and 17.
