Hundreds of lands and buildings of the municipality are illegally used by different persons. This was revealed by the authorities and it has been proved that the local budget lost millions of lei.

In this context, Ruslan Codreanu, the interim of the Capital intervened. According to the preliminary information, 214 lands placed on a 38 ha surface were used without rights.

Moreover, a third of the lands of the municipality are not registered in the Register of  Lands, even if the lands cost more than 340 lei.

This is why, Ruslan Codreanu asked for an investigation. Previously, the Court of Accounts, established that during 2015-2016 period, because of the municipal budget was damaged by 690 million lei.

"50% of the penal cases are investigated on the municipal administration documents. There are a lot of contracts that passed the deadline", said Ruslan Codreanu, the interim of the Capital.
