DPM Caravan reached Stefan Voda. People said they felt the effect of changes
The increase in wages, the single allowance for young teachers, and the exemption of teachers from the burden of endless reports are the factors that put an end to the mass departure of school teachers.
Several employees in Education from Stefan Voda district acknowledged the meeting with the President of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
Accompanied by a team of Democrats, Vlad Plahotniuc visited the south of the country, within the DPM electoral caravan.
Democrats say the first tangible reforms in education began in October 2017, when Vlad Plahotniuc announced that the state would no longer shut down schools. In parallel, the government examines the state's ability to raise salaries.
Finally, in 2018, many of the teachers' expectations were met. Teachers' leagues rose by 35 percent from the first of December, so a rookie teacher in the country today raises over five thousand lei.

Professors from Stefan Voda claim that they have felt the full effect of the changes, which have been an oxygen supply for the field of education.
"I feel an indescribable satisfaction because in so little time people feel, people obviously know progress is".

In addition to education, the Democratic Party team also plans to strengthen state security, which is why the leader of the DPM he also consulted his ideas with the Border Police staff.
"I know the position of our leadership on border security and I would also like to know the party's position on border security. How do you see things going further?"
"I regard the Republic of Moldova as a sovereign, independent state. I believe that modern technologies, sufficient money, salaries, skilled border guards, trained, with good salaries are the basic segments that will represent us as border security", said DPM candidate, Vlad Plahotniuc.
"We have a very good sense of support for the Government through the procurement or the provision of border police with different means of border surveillance lately".
In the town of Stefan Voda, the DPM team also visited a clothing factory, where about 60 people work.
Vlad Plahotniuc told his employees that he knows how to raise their salaries. To this end, the Democrats plan to come up with other measures to improve the business environment.
"We will ensure conditions of businessmen from the private sector, where you work, the way they can expand, make more profit and make you you pay", said the candidate of the Democratic Party, Vlad Plahotniuc.
In turn, people were pleased to work at home in good conditions.
"It's very good, we do not have to go abroad".
"Everything we have done in our district is with the support of today's Government", said DPM candidate Nicolae Molozea.
