The draft legislative acts submitted by a group of 26 deputies were entered in the entry register of the Parliament of Republic of Moldova on March 22. 

Additionally, Parliament's Legal Directorate is due to expose itself on the procedure and conditions to introduce the documents concerned into the legislative procedure.

The draft legislative acts and legislative proposals are submitted by custom, on behalf of the Permanent Bureau, and distributed for reporting and approval by the President of Parliament, according to Parliament's Rules of Procedure.

The procedure for registration of draft acts and legislative proposals is stipulated in article 47 -48 of the proposed law.

Upon registration, within no more than 5 working days from the date of inclusion in the legislative procedure, the draft legislative acts, the legislative proposals, as well as the documents referred to in Article 47 paragraph (6), shall be placed on Parliament's website.
