Police Department of Chisinau carried out activities on the segment of passenger's transportation in minibuses.

As a result, violations of the transport of persons whose number exceeds the number of seats provided by the technical characteristics of the vehicle, the non-clearance of the passengers' tickets and the technical state of the vehicles, as well as 19 contraventions, regarding the owners of the means of transport with the drawing up of the minutes the offense under art. 204 par. (7) "Travel without a ticket", art. 228 par. (2) "Violation of vehicle operating rules" and Article 240 (1) "Non-observance of road signs and giving priority to passage of other road traffic rules" Contravention Code, with the application of the main sanction in the form of a fine in the total amount of 205 conventional units.

At the same time, the purpose of the Police of the Capital was not only the financial penalty for drivers, but also prophylactic measures to inform the drivers, the route managers and the passengers themselves.

Issues such as stopping for embarkation / disembarkation outside signaling stations, causes of passengers' fall and traumas, starting out with open doors, smoking bans and telephone calls during driving have been addressed.
