Three instructors of driving course have violated the regulation 'no smoking' in the entrance of a school in the capital and even in the institution's yard. 

"These instructors are on the ground of the Republican Music High School Ciprian Porumbescu in Chisinau. They enter the backyard and allow themselves to smoke all day in the school and at the entrance. They even wash the car right in the entrance of school, "said an eyewitness who sent us pictures at the editorial office of Publika.md.

We remind you that the anti-tobacco law came into force in Moldova last year. Despite this, some people continue to smoke freely in parks, restaurants and stations.

Likewises, cigarettes are forbidden in all public places bounded by three walls and a roof. Smoking is only allowed in open terraces, outdoor areas, located at least 10 meters from the entrance to the place for example the dwellings.

Fines for non-compliance with the anti-tutelage law amount to 1,400 lei for individuals and up to 10,000 lei for legal entities.
