An accident occurred last night on a street from Ciocana sector of the Capital. After the accident, a Police Inspectorate team transported to the police office.

"The Dacia driver was drunk. He refused to present the documents and pass the blood test", said Denis Bruma, policeman.

The man recognized his guilt, but he says he didn't drink alcohol and wasn't working.

"I know I am guilty, but I didn't drink alcohol."

The owner of the car says that he was home when the accident occurred and a neighbor announced him about what happened.

"I was preparing to sleep when my neighbor told me that by car got broken."

The taxi driver will be punished.
