The drunk drivers will be fined. This was announced by Alexandru Jizdan, within the Government session.

"The persons who will be caught while drunk driving will receive a penal trial and this person will be punished. Some persons abuse their working duties and avoid the punishments, but starting today, they won't escape anymore. These persons will be obliged to do community work", said Jizdan.

According to Juzdan, MAI will make the drunk drivers to be more responsible in future.

"We are even thinking to annul the driving license and make the person pass the exams once again", said Alexandru Jizdan, the minister of Internal Affairs.

The INP data shows that the previous year, 6 445 cases of drunk drivers were revealed.
