Dumitru Diacov: PDM aims to build a brighter future for Moldova
PDM was created to build. To build a better future for Moldova and help Moldova pass through hard times. This message belongs to Dumitru Diacov, the Honor President of PDM.
"Actually, in 23 years since the Democratic Party was founded, it the first time we decided to come in the National Assembly Square to organize such a meeting.
This meeting will strengthen our party.
This allows us to develop our country, to make is democratic. Actually, this is the first name of the Party. Many of you remember the name of the movement for a Prosper and Democratic Moldova, that started years ago.I am convinced that Mr.Berliba fom Briceni village, Donduseni district is here now. Here there are friends of us from Hancesti. We are obliged to move. PDM was created to build. We are obliged to take this flag before.
PDM was created to build. The PDM has been at the center of the political spectrum to diminish the political extremes in the Republic of Moldova, which, unfortunately, have been holding us for many years on barricades. We urge people to work. We urge people to make up. We urge people to descend from these barricades and together identify a European Union. I am convinced that all the citizens of this country, whatever they are Moldovan or Romanian, that it is Gagauz, Bulgarian, Russian or Ukrainian, they all want to live in a civilized, democratic, prosperous country.
I repeat this idea of the PD, we must do everything possible for our country to have continuity. We can not hope to become a prosperous country and move for 4 years in one direction and 4 in another direction. Our external partners expect what will happen in the Republic of Moldova early next year. They are waiting for what kind of course Moldova will continue to do. If you go on a European path, we are ready to come, we are ready to invest. We are ready with you to build the Republic of Moldova. And that's our duty.
I am convinced that we will each go to our localities we will send our message. It is our idea to build a young, modern Moldavia, and we are all together committed to achieving this. I propose to be together, to work for the good of our homeland. Long live Moldova, "PDM honorary chairman Dumitru Diacov said.
