Dumitru Mînzărari commented on the new joint political agreement between ACUM and PSRM. The former secretary of state for Defense Ministry declared that there was a puddle in the domain of security and those who wrote this document didn't have idea about this domain and its importance. 

 

"ACUM and PSRM signed a new joint political agreement. What we can learn from this agreement, about its content? I will leave the specialists assess it, I just present my opinions on the section "security and strategic partnership" of new agreement. 

 

First, I see that in domain of security and defense, there was a puddle in the first agreement. I think that those who wrote the document didn't know anything about this domain and its importance. Or they ignored them. Regardless of motive, the consequence is only one. 

 

Because Mr. Dodon exercises great asymmetrical control over these dimensions, the lack of objectives and a concrete plan of activity on the directions of defense and security gives Mr. Dodon an absolute freedom to do what he wants in the areas indicated. The dimension of defense and security has become the "black hole" of the ACUM-PSRM government.
