At the proposal of Alexandru Tanase, the Minister of Justice, the Superior Magistrate Council accepted the apply of the electronic file at the Chisinau Court. After it pass the test, it will be extinguished in all the instances of the country.

The electronic e-File system will allow the creation and administration of the electronic file with the secure access of the parties, the electronic filing of the applications, the electronic signing of the documents, the presentation of the evidence, the distribution of the materials attached to the file, the electronic quoting of the parties, trial with the participants in the process, electronic payment of state tax and others. The e-file system worth 3,78 million lei was paid by the state budget.
