Edelweiss makes childhood more beautiful! New playground set up in Rezina town
Vlad Plahotniuc’s Edelweiss Foundation goes on making a more beautiful childhood to the little ones from the country. A new playground has been set up in Rezina town. The kids a glad they will have modern toboggans, as the parents are happy their children will play safely.
The 180 square-meter ground has fascinated the kids. The parents say their children will have a safer place to spend their time on:
"It’s very nice and very pleasant; they care about our children, really. My little girl has no place to play here in Rezina".
"It’s been waited for long both by parents and kids. The town is small, there are few playgrounds, and I’m glad we have one more."
Within the Edelweiss Park project, 16 playgrounds have been inaugurated up to now.
"This project is going on until we build those 40 planned playgrounds. Six of them in Chişinău, several of which are working, and 34 in district centers," specified Viorica Ţurcanu, an Edelweiss project coordinator.
The playground in Rezina is the largest in the district.
"Certainly it is a long-awaited event in Rezina town. It’s a moment we pay more attention to the young generation: we offer the children the opportunity to spend more time outside," said Rezina district president Eleonora Graur.
