The election agitation could be allowed on the election's Eve. It will only be forbidden to evolve it at the voting polls and 100 away from it. This initiative was discussed today at the Government.

Pavel Filip prime minister mentioned that it will be hard to measure 100 meters from the polls and it would be better to avoid this statement. Thus, the agitation will only be forbidden at the voting polls.

The persons who will break the law risk a fine between 300 and 600 lei for the simple citizens and btween 1 200 and 1 500 lei for the law persons.

This initiative has been taken at the initiative of the Judicial Commission, after they evaluated the election code on October 31.

The document will be also checked by the Parliament.
