Activities on entrepreneurial patent will be permitted until December 31, 2020, according to the last decision of Parliament. 

These activities will be allowed in trading markets as well as places authorized by local public administration. The document refers to only those obtaining patents until December 31, 2019. 

Foreign Investor Association issued a press release to confirm the activities on entrepreneurial patent, except the case of the retail trade and food trade and slightly alterable domestic goods.

The association warns that the current patent system is affecting the economy of the country by avoiding paying taxes and undeclared sales.
