Holiday in Gagauzia. Turkey President visited the district. The residents of Comrat met cooked Turkish food and welcomed him in a Turkish style. 

The center of Comrat is very crowded. Hundreds of people gathered to met Recep Erdogan.

The official and Irina Vlah, the bascan of Gagauzia attended the inauguration of a culture house from the village. It was renovated due to the Turkey support.

The residents of Gagauzia were glad about the visit of the Turkish official. In the Popular Meeting Square, Turkish music there was playing. 

"We dance, because it is a holiday here", said a woman.

Many students and their teachers brought the Turkey flag.

"We came to met the Turkish President", said a student.

"We want to thank the President of Turkey for their support", said a teacher.

People were tasting Turkish food.

-Why are you waiting here?
-We want to taste Turkish food.
-Are you happy that it is for free?
-Yes, I am.

The pilaf was prepared according to a Turkish recipe.

"We hope it will be enough for 2500 people. We prepared 120 kilos of pilaf. I hope everybody will taste it", said a woman.

Recep Erdogan leaves Moldova today.
