Cahul town and four other villages will benefit of tap water and sewerage. The EU will offer 11 million Euro to implement this project. The Government approved and signed the funding agreement.

Thus, they will build a eight kilometers long sewerage and an aqueduct in Cotihana village. Crihana Veche, Pascani and Manta villages will also benefit of the project.

Also, in Cahul the water providing system will be enlarged.

The initiatives were supported by Germany. The grants are worth 23 million Euro. All the projects are implemented by the Germany Development Bank.
