European MP Andi Cristea has greeted Moldova’s reaching the agreement with the IMF.

He has written on his Facebook page that the Romanian Government is to accelerate the disbursement of the first tranche from the promised loan of EUR150 million.

He deems the European Commission should also unlock the budget support for Moldova. Andi Cristea describes the arrangement as a victory of the Filip Government and a confirmation of Moldova’s seriousness towards the international partners.
