Eximbank becomes the 5th to provide credits in First House program

Eximbank now becomes the firth bank to provide credits under the government's First House program.
The other four banks involved in the project are Moldindconbank, Victoriabank, Moldova Agroindbank and Mobiasbanca.
All provide loans are offered at an interest rate of 9.03 percent.
Applicants can buy any house that costs no more than one million lei. They have to pay an initial advance of just 10 percent, three times lower than the usual mortgage loans.
The First House program was launched at the initiative of Prime Minister Pavel Filip. Application can be filed by citizens aged up to 45, officially employed and not having other mortgages.
The First Home program has been in operation since March 26th.
