Family from Floresti benefited of First House project. Andrian Candu: This project has a national importance
Bondac family from Floresti district bought their own house after they have been renting for years.
This is the first family from Floresti who benefited of First House project. The family received the keys in the presence of Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament and Eugeniu Nichiforciuc, PDM deputy.
Igor Bondac is an employee of the Floresti factory and his wife, Cristina works in a store. They say that they have been working a lot to pay the first rate worth 10% of the house's cost.
"We were saving money each month. Now, we decided to buy our own house", said Igor Bondac, beneficiary of First House project.
"It is better to apply to this project, as the state covers 50% of the costs", said Cristina Bondac, beneficiary of the First House project.
The guests brought presents.
The authorities say that First House project will make the young families to stay in the country.
"We are glad that we made them stay in the country", said Eugeniu Nichiforciuc, PDM deputy.
"I am happy for this family. There are more and more applicants to the First House project, over 500. This project is very important", said Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament.
The First House project was launched by the Government. The citizens aged up to 45, who don't have any other mortgages can apply to this project.
First House 2 is for the budgetary workers and First House 3 for the large families.
