The suppliers delivering food lower in quality than showed on labels to nurseries and schools will be fined 4,000 lei ($200.)

The provisions are provided in a bill drafted by the Cabinet to modify the Contraventional Code.

The bill also provides for fines of MDL1,600 for the school managers who’ll accept such produce and for hiring employees without medical certificates. The fines will be 5,000 lei.

The companies failing to insure the protection standards to their employees will be fined up to MDL6,000.
