First House: 1010 credits granted in the first four months of 2019
Around 1010 credits have been granted in the first four months of 2019 within state program First House.
According to Organization for Small and Medium Enterprise Sector Development (ODIMM), there were 2128 beneficiaries who received credits in 2018 thanks to this project. Among of them were 1543 young families and 585 single people.
Data also show that credits worth over 1 billion lei were offered by banks. The average space of purchased apartments was 59.75 square meters. The average age of applicants was 31 years old.
ODIMM statistics say that 1987 apartments were purchased in cities while 141 ones in villages.
The state project First House launched by government in 2018 is aimed for citizens aged less than 45 who are officially employed and don't have other mortgages.
First House 2 and First House 3 were also adopted and implemented throughout the country. The first one is particularly for medics, professors, policemen, militants and other state officers. The latter is for families with multiple children.
Government is drawing up First House 4 aimed for employees in private sector.
