First House project will have more beneficiaries now. People who own a house in a village can apply to the project
First House project has expanded its beneficiaries list. Now, at the project can even participated people who have a house in a village, except the Chisinau suburbs. Also, the files can be applied by the Moldovans whose family members have a house. The modifications has already been approved by the Government.
Luminita Creciun is a student. She has a house in her home village, but she wants to buy a flat in Chisinau.
"I think that we have many opportunities here. I will find a job easily. I think I will apply to First House project", said Luminita Creciun, student.
"We decided that people who own a house somewhere, but don't live there anymore can buy apply to this project", said Sergiu Sarbu, PDM deputy.
Also, now, people can even buy a bigger flat.
"The project wants to extend the space people can buy", said Octavian Armasu, the minister of Finances.
The Capital residents are glad about the changes.
"It facilitates the possibility to take a loan. Now, more people can apply."
"The First House project is very good for the young."
People up to 45 can apply to the First House project. They also need to be officially employed and not to have other loans. Their salary should be at least double comparing to the monthly rate they should pay.
The cost of a house should not be higher than one million lei and the monthly rate should be 10% of the price. Also, recently, there was announced another project, First House 2.
