First messages of candidates to run for Capital mayor
Immediately after the polling stations closed, the candidates to run for Capital mayor came up with some messages for the people who voted for them.
At 9 PM, Silvia Radu, the independent candidate wrote a message for the people who voted for her, on her Facebook page.
The socialist Ion Ceban declared that the PSRM observers didn't report grave breaches during the elections.
"I want to thank all of the Capital residents who participated at the elections. I want to thank them, as they proved their democratic spirit. I want to thank the team who helped me in this campaign.
What about modernizing the election process, we had three representatives at each polling station, an observer, a representative who voted and a commission member.
I want them to be attentive while the ballots are counted. I am sure we will win this elections", said Ion Ceban, PSRM candidate within a briefing.
Constantin Codreanu, the PUN candidate declared he is not satisfied by the election process.
"There are two explanations: first of all, it was a dirty campaign, aggressive and it affected the people's choices", said Constantin Codreanu, PUN candidate.
