International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is organizing the ALERT Cyber Drill 2017 event between November 21 - 23. 

For the first time, CIS and EU representatives meet in regional exercise to test, develop and strengthen their cyber-protection skills in Moldova. The event will take place at the Tekwill Center for ICT Excellence (9/11 Studenţilor Street).

The purpose of the event is to improve the response to cyber incidents, supported by the professional teams in the CIS and the European Union.

International-level experts will test the technical and operational capabilities of the ALERT Cyber Drill participants, who are responsible for managing cyber security incidents.

November 21 will be dedicated to presentations and public discussions on recent developments and threats in cyberspace.

The 22nd and 23rd of November are designed exclusively for practical exercises by simulating cyber-attack scenarios in the Cyber Drill ALERT format.

Participating in the ALERT Cyber Drill is free of charge. The registration is mandatory and is also made on line at [email protected] until Thursday, November 16th.
