Former Court of Appeal magistrate judged
Anti- corruption Prosecutor's Office finished the penal case of blaming a former magistrate of the Chisinau Court of Appeal.
The former judge is accused that between 2014 - 2016 he pronounced four deals against the law. After that, approximately 780 land ha that were in the state's propriety and were worth millions lei were transmitted to the Codrul Technology and Experiments Center.
Although the detentions adopted by that magistrate were subsequently dismissed by the Supreme Court as unlawful and unfounded and the file was returned to the magistrate for retrial, he made similar pronouncements again.
In September 2014, the Superior Magistrate Council refused to release the agreement according to a penal search of the Chisinau Appeal Court, because the last year, at the insistence of Eduard Harunjen, CSM should have released the agreement.
The former magistrate risks up to six years in prison and losing the right to hold a public office or to fulfill any activity for ten years.
