The farmers and householders from Sangerei district finished to gather the harvest. This was the reason of "Toamna de aur" (Gold Autumn) festival. The men said that they are proud of the harvest that they gathered. The women prepared traditional food and the young danced traditional dances.

Each village came with exhibitions of fruits and vegetables.

"We came to celebrate the Autumn festival. We are proud of our country. We are proud of our achievements."

"I have a good mood. I came here to sing and dance. I feel great."

People say that they had fun. The wine and the food created a great atmosphere.

"The food is tasty, because this is autumn's festival."

”Bucate gustoase, vinuri, în toate culorile gustoase într-un fel, muzică, dansuri, veselie!” 

The event was organized by the District Council in partnership with the villages' City Halls.

"Sangerei district has 35 thousand ha of land. The farmers planted corn, sugar beet on it", said Vasili Marandiuc, the President of Sangerei Council.

Among the guests there was Serghei Chiseliov.

"It was impossible not to come at this holiday. This is a great one. The farmers show the harvest that they gathered. These people show us that we have a future. I see that they are inspired and motivated", said Serghei Chiseliov, PDM deputy.

At the festival participated 26 villages from the district.
