Since today, car owners from the left bank of Nistru River with neutral registration numbers are admitted to international road traffic. The plates began to be released from September 1 at the registration offices of the Public Services Agency opened in Tiraspol and Ribnita.

Numbers contain three letters and numbers. Along with them, the owners of the cars also get a technical passport, and the vehicle must also use the sticker with the "MD" symbol.

Automobiles registered by the unrecognized authorities in Tiraspol can circulate, as an exception, only in Ukraine and Russia.
